We are pleased with the responsiveness and level of service Universal Fabric Structures has demonstrated to meet the needs of our growing business and we will include them on the bid list for future projects.

This is a very unique building and it’s a tremendous upgrade for us, it’s fully insulated, there is no echo effect, and it retains heat in the winter and cool air in the summer. It’s a fantastic structure and we’re fortunate to have a building of this caliber in Mercer County.

One of the big advantages is that I never have to worry about the UFS buildings during inclement weather like I do with the air supported structures we have. The UFS structures are extremely durable and when it comes time for us to replace the bubbles I will definitely recommend using the Universal Fabric Structures Team again.

90% of my man hours were spent trying to keep our 3 air supported structures up in a blizzard that dropped 30+ inches on us and I still lost two of them. UFS structures… well, I had to shovel out the doorways.

The fabric structures provided by Universal Fabric Structures, Inc. were easily configured and provided a significant amount of flexibility during the construction process. They were very durable and require low maintenance holding up well in the winds and sand.

We have had great success with South Hall. We are now able to hold a wide variety of events that were not possible before.

Right now we have inmates housed in 40 counties – that will save us a lot of money bringing those inmates back into Midland County, not having to ship anymore, so it will pay for itself just in that order.

Given what I know today about Universal Fabric Structures’ ability to execute what they promised in their proposal, I definitely would award to them today given that I had a choice.

The Big Mouth Door and air cargo door make aircraft operations accessible and efficient. The ability to install a heating, security and lighting system enabled us all of the necessities for useable aircraft storage. The mobility of the structure and the ability to easily adjust its size and location were deciding factors.
